Rule 23
Power To Change Visa Category
In a case where a foreigner having entered with a visa of any category makes, after the discharge of the function for which he or she has obtained the visa, an application for a visa of other category, the authority as referred to in Rule 12 may, subject to the provisions of the Act and these Rules, grant the visa of other category to such foreigner.
